These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and NeutraHost ("NeutraHost", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, hosting, domain, and website-building services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in — including via Google — or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
NeutraHost provides web hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration and management, and an AI website builder, along with related tools and support. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect you.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may create or access your account using "Continue with Google." When you do, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from Google to create or match your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for keeping your connected Google account secure, since access to it may allow access to your NeutraHost account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, suspension, or termination as described in Section 8.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your plan will automatically renew at the then-current price using your saved payment method. Domain registrations and renewals are subject to the pricing and terms of the applicable registry at the time of purchase or renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
We work to keep the Service available and performant at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime.
You retain all ownership rights to the websites, files, and data you host through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant NeutraHost a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and host it.
The NeutraHost name, logo, and platform (excluding Your Content) are owned by NeutraHost and may not be used without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if suspension is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 5.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeutraHost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold NeutraHost harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
